High Speed Machining
As one of our core processes is 5 Axis milling we have invested heavily in a comprehensive range of precision machine tools. This, complemented by Hyperdent CAM software, mean we can machine all common restorative materials and indications with the most complex geometries in house, allowing us to retain total control of the manufacturing process and avoid delays and quality issues assosiated with outsourcing
Additive Manufacturing
Through investing in four 3d printers we host the ability to produce crown, bridge & implant models, occlusal splints, surgical guides, temporary crowns and implant bridge try-ins in house through DLP and SLA technology. Furthermore we provide a range of tooth borne and implant supported restorations with SLM produced suprastructures in cobalt chrome
Computer Aided Design
We are a small team of dental techicians and engineers highly trained and versed in all aspects of 3shape CAD design software. Our CAD design requirements accelerated rapidly with the advent of intra oral scanning and the devolpment of new restorative materials. Each technician now has their own 3shape workstation along with a traditional workbench
