Vertically Integrated Manufacturing
OCR Dental operates a vertically integrated digital manufacturing environment, with CAD design, subtractive and additive manufacturing, metal processing and finishing capabilities maintained in-house.
Our digital production infrastructure incorporates CAD Design, 5-axis machining, DLP and SLA additive manufacturing. This enables us to manufacture a broad range of restorative and laboratory indications, including crown and bridge and implant models, surgical guides, occlusal splints, temporary restorations, implant try-ins and complex tooth- and implant-supported restorations.
The integration of these processes within a single manufacturing environment provides direct control over the digital workflow, manufacturing parameters, material processing and quality assurance at each stage of production. It also allows rapid iteration between CAD design, engineering and manufacturing, supporting the development of complex indications and reducing dependence on external manufacturing partners.
